1. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep your password secure and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and proxy credentials.
2. Service
Super 5G Proxy provides mobile proxy access, route selection, fixed customer credentials and IP rotation tools. Route, carrier and city availability can change in real time and is not guaranteed until a purchase is successfully created.
3. Payments and balance
Prices are shown before purchase. Manual Binance and Litecoin funding requests are reviewed before balance is approved. Bank-transfer instructions are provided through support. Third-party network or payment fees are your responsibility.
4. Availability and maintenance
We aim to keep the service available, but mobile networks, upstream carriers and maintenance can cause interruptions. We may change or replace routes when required to restore service.
5. Prohibited activity
You may not use the service for fraud, spam, attacks, credential theft, malware, illegal content, unauthorized access or other activity prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Suspension
We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe an account threatens the network, violates these Terms, creates legal risk or is associated with payment fraud or abuse.
7. Refunds and replacements
Refund and replacement eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy. Service credits are generally issued to the Super 5G balance unless applicable law requires another remedy.
8. Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Super 5G Proxy is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of third-party websites, mobile networks or customer configurations.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
